What is the minimum order quantity?
Our Starter tier begins at 100 pairs per style, with a minimum order value of ₦280,000. Retailer and Distributor tiers have higher minimums but better per-pair pricing. Contact us to discuss your specific needs.
How long does delivery from China to Lagos take?
Sea freight takes approximately 21 days from our Guangzhou factory to our Apapa warehouse. Air freight takes 7 days and is available on Retailer and Distributor tiers. Once goods clear customs, we deliver to your Lagos address within 48 hours.
Are all prices in Naira? What about FX risk?
Yes — all prices are quoted and invoiced in NGN. On confirmed orders, we absorb FX fluctuation risk. The price you agree is the price you pay, with no surprise adjustments at delivery.
How do you ensure quality from the factory?
Our Guangzhou team conducts a pre-shipment inspection on every order. We photograph samples, check sizing accuracy, inspect stitching and sole bonding, and reject any batch that fails our standards. You receive photo evidence before we ship.
Can I get custom-branded or private label shoes?
Yes — private label is available on our Distributor tier (₦2M+ orders). We work with our factory partners to produce shoes with your brand name, logo, and custom packaging. Lead time is 35–45 days.
Do you deliver outside Lagos?
Yes. We have delivery partners in Abuja, Aba, Kano, Enugu, and Port Harcourt. Delivery times and costs vary by location. Contact your account manager for a quote to your city.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer (all Nigerian banks), USSD payment, and mobile money. Retailer and Distributor tier clients can apply for 30- or 60-day credit terms after their first two orders.
What happens if I receive damaged or wrong goods?
We stand behind every shipment. If goods arrive damaged or incorrect, contact your account manager within 48 hours with photos. We will replace the affected pairs in your next order or issue a credit note — no argument, no delay.
